Shambhala, pour célébrer l’année du Dragon d’eau. La Fête de Shambhala souligne le début du nouvel

an tibétain et représente l’une des plus importantes traditions du bouddhisme Shambhala.

Campagne de collecte de fonds de la Fête de Shambhala

Everyone is invited.

We will celebrate the life and passing into nirvana of the Vidyadhara, the founder of Shambhala International.

This is the 25th anniversary of the parinirvana of the Vidyadhara Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. As is traditional, there will be a Sadhana of Mahamudra Feast followed by two videos.  The first is a video tour of the Great Eastern Sun exhibit at the Canadian Museaum of Immigration in Halifax.  The second is an addess from Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and Lady Diana Mukpo.

A small donation of $5-10 is requested to cover the food costs.  Please register so we can know numbers.

A warm invitation is extended to all current and former members and friends of the Ottawa Shambhala Centre to come and celebrate our 30th anniversary in Ottawa!  We will share memories of the past and plans for the future. It is a wonderful time to catch up with people you haven't seen in lifetimes!  

We also invite you to bid on many exciting objects and services in our fundraising auction, hosted by our expert auctioneer Henry Chapin!  This is your chance to take home a little something special chosen from the items and services donated by members and friends - or one of the select items from the Centre's collection.
